any studio leads?

Hey, I'm looking for a three-person shared studio space in southeast London with Viviane Schwarz and Gary Northfield. Does anyone know of any studio spaces or even just a big room somewhere, that's secure, decently lit and not too cold in the winter? We're checking out a few things, but if you know of anything, we'd be very interested!
