riding the alaska marine highway: a travel comic

I’m back from Alaska and here’s the travel comic I made on the trip, including a shorter one by Stuart! Taking the Alaska Marine Highway was amazing; I’ll post some photos soon. I’ve been to Seldovia a few times and the stilt houses inspired Oliver’s house in the upcoming Oliver and the Seawigs.
Hey, and I’m leading two workshops on making travel comics next Sunday at the British Museum. I don’t know if it’s booked up yet, save your place if you want to come along! Details here.

Your Cornwall diary is lovely, thanks so much for sharing! I love all the variety in it; I’ve tried diaries where I keep bits of travel ephemera but they never seem to hang together well, whereas yours really do. Cool!

That is very nice of you. I think I only really managed to collect it all because it was a pretty laid-back holiday with plenty of time for glueing, etc!

    Tea?

Did you really take tea? You’re a bunny after my own heart.
I got stuck in the south of France last week with only Lipton tea. šŸ™
