The total floor size is 227 sft, to be shared by three and each share in the rent would be £88.33 per calendar month.\\r\nThere are no internal space dividers and so far we had shared the space by setting up desks along the windows to keep most of the space free as joint project space.\\r\n\\r\nThe studio is on the 2nd floor, bright, east-facing and carpeted. Bills included, internet available (additional £6 pm).
