I've been following this comic for a little while and it's just getting better and better! \\r\n\\r\n\u003Cimg src=\"https://images.jabberworks.co.uk/lj/reids_trib-1-d02287fade.gif\">\\r\n\\r\n(It took drawing the comic to realise that Wendy is never shown in profile!)\\r\n\\r\nI've written some more Write Away reviews for several South African books, here are two of them: \u003Ca href=\"http://www.writeaway.org.uk/component/option,com_mtree/task,viewlink/link_id,3033/Itemid,99999999/\">The Gift of the Sun\u003C/a> and \u003Ca href=\"http://www.writeaway.org.uk/component/option,com_mtree/task,viewlink/link_id,3032/Itemid,99999999/\">The Dancer\u003C/a>. When I first opened the packet and saw the covers, I didn't think I'd like them at all. But I'm glad that writing a review forced me to spend more time studying them, they really grew on me. I'm terrible that way; when I go to a bookshop, I'll usually only give a book about three seconds to catch my eye, which doesn't do much justice to the illustrators' work, and none at all to the writers'. I think this review thing is stretching me in a good way, getting me to admire things I might not even notice in my usual clueless book shop rampages.","2008-03-02T17:16:00.000Z","reidsrow-tribute",[],"reidsrow tribute",1776628722444]
