WOW. We love Clifton-upon-Dunsmore, too, and this isn't even the first time they've shared pictures of their amazing displays. Here are some from February this year: \\r\n\\r\n\u003Cimg src=\"https://images.jabberworks.co.uk/lj/859834_original-e384e2e819.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\">\\r\n\\r\nAnd I suspect \u003Ca href=\"https://twitter.com/MissHLynch\">Miss Lynch\u003C/a> and \u003Ca href=\"https://twitter.com/Joholli01\">Ms Hollingworth\u003C/a> are key reasons this has all been happening! \\r\n\\r\n\u003Cimg src=\"https://images.jabberworks.co.uk/lj/860121_original-78647a1712.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\">\\r\n\\r\n\u003Cimg src=\"https://images.jabberworks.co.uk/lj/860384_original-ce3d313223.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\">\\r\n\\r\n\u003Cimg src=\"https://images.jabberworks.co.uk/lj/860551_original-fcdc0b3ff1.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\">\\r\n\\r\nHere's a gorgeous book we were presented by Ms Logan at a \u003Ca href=\"https://clpe.org.uk/professional-development/courses\">Literacy Library Presents\u003C/a> evening that Philip Reeve and I led at the \u003Cb>Centre for Literacy in Primary Education\u003C/b> (CLPE). \\r\n\\r\n\u003Ciframe data-link=\"https://vc.videos.livejournal.com/index/player?player=new&record_id=1338854&ad_template_id=9268\" data-thumbnail=\"https://l-stat.livejournal.net/img/flatmedia-nocover-video.png\" frameborder=\"0\" height=\"315\" src=\"https://vc.videos.livejournal.com/index/player?ad_template_id=9268&player=new&player_template_id=3869&record_id=1338854\" width=\"700\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\">\u003C/iframe>\\r\n\\r\n\u003Cimg src=\"https://images.jabberworks.co.uk/lj/861197_original-6fb06aab3d.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\">\\r\n\\r\nThese 'Power of Reading' events that CLPE run for teachers are absolutely brilliant; they're an initiave to help teachers discover new books to inspire their kids. Most teachers are incredibly busy just trying to stay on top of paperwork and often don't have a lot of time to explore new books, and end up relying on books they grew up with, or books by a very small handful of celebrity authors that everyone knows about. But CLPE gives them a chance to browse and find the books that personally excite them, and ones they think might be best suited to the particular tastes of their own classes, or even individual children in their classes. \\r\n\\r\n\u003Cimg src=\"https://images.jabberworks.co.uk/lj/860878_original-62dd357cc0.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\">\\r\n\\r\nIf you're a teacher or interested in starting children on a life of loving to read, be sure to keep an eye on what CLPE gets up to!
