Hurrah!\\r\n\\r\n\u003Cimg src=\"https://images.jabberworks.co.uk/lj/sheltonlaunch3-3ba041437c.jpg\">\\r\n\\r\nFellow \u003Ca href=\"http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_DFC\">DFC\u003C/a> creator \u003Ca href=\"http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emma_Vieceli\">Emma Vieceli\u003C/a> showing off her signed copy. \u003Ci>Good Dog, Bad Dog\u003C/i> kicks off the start of a whole amazing new range of books, called \u003Ca href=\"http://www.davidficklingbooks.co.uk/davidficklingbooks_dfclibrary.asp\">The DFC Library\u003C/a>, and I'm thrilled to be a part of it when my \u003Ca href=\"http://www.jabberworks.co.uk/new/books.html\">\u003Ci>Vern and Lettuce\u003C/i>\u003C/a> book comes out in the autumn. \\r\n\u003Cimg src=\"https://images.jabberworks.co.uk/lj/sheltonlaunch6-fa02b999b7.jpg\">\\r\n\\r\nI had a big fan-girl moment when I met for the first time the illustrator and master engraver \u003Ca href=\"http://www.imagesofdelight.com/client.asp?id=48\">John Lawrence\u003C/a>. He taught at my art college, Camberwell, for thirty years and his presence really lingered about the place, in the print rooms and particularly downstairs in the letterpress studio, where they had one of his pictures on the tiled wall and the man who ran the presses spoke almost reverently about him.
