One of my all-time favourite comic artists, \u003Cb>Posy Simmonds\u003C/b>, will be signing and drawing from 11am-noon, and I'll be drawing at 1pm and signing from 1:30-2. \\r\n\u003Ca href=\"http://www.comicafestival.com/index.php/site/news/posy_simmonds_luke_pearson_open_comica_comiket/\">\u003Cimg src=\"https://images.jabberworks.co.uk/lj/posy_simmonds-f5edb4c3a4.jpg\">\u003C/a>\\r\nHere's the whole \u003Ca href=\"http://www.comicafestival.com/index.php/site/news/posy_simmonds_luke_pearson_open_comica_comiket/\">Drawing Parade line-up\u003C/a>, it's pretty amazing! I'll have \u003Ca href=\"http://www.jabberworks.co.uk/vernlettuce-book.php\">\u003Ci>Vern and Lettuce\u003C/i>\u003C/a>, the new \u003Ca href=\"http://www.blankslatebooks.co.uk/2011/05/nelson/\">\u003Ci>Nelson\u003C/i> anthology\u003C/a>, and \u003Cb>TEN copies of my brand-new 70-page comic, \u003Ca href=\"http://jabberworks.livejournal.com/440166.html\">\u003Ci>Please Be Moral Do Not Spit\u003C/i>\u003C/b>\u003C/a>. It's not a limited edition in the numbered sense, I just suspect I won't get time to make very many of them, so if you really want it, do stop by my table first thing.\\r\n\\r\nI really need to get back into drawing, but I've been a bit distracted lately by all the possibilities unleashed by my new camera phone. I'm sure it will pass, but I've been taking lots of photos. Well, it turns out the gravestones weren't supposed to be down, someone had knocked them down, and there's been controversy about when and why it happened. And bizarrely, one of my photos turns out to be a player in the argument, which I found out when journalist Rob Powell got in touch with me to ask if they could attach my name to the photo on their news site.
