Hey, in today’s Guardian newspaper, not only do you get Vern and Lettuce and Super Animal Adventure Squad, but you get an interview with Eric Carle, a fab comic by Berger & Wyse on the topic of Carle’s The Hungry Caterpillar (tucked away in the magazine’s Restaurant review), and an interview with the Pet Shop Boys! (I DO so love those guys.)

And kudos to Belle Mellor this week for scoring the front cover of The Economist! I’m a big fan of Mellor’s work, have a look if you haven’t seen it. (Don’t miss her Sleep with the Fishes animation.) I’m proud of The Economist; they used to feature a lot of quick knock-off Photoshop covers, but these days they’re using more and more high-quality illustration and political cartoons.
