Last night, several of us went to see a mural painted by my lovely French classmate, Jennifer Dubet, at the Pool bar that she manages in Hoxton.

Susan was staying with me and today we went to have supper at the house of her friend, Katy, who served us yummy food that was all red coloured, on a red tablecloth. Then we went to see Susan’s work at a gallery on Little Portland Street, for the launch of an illustration book called If you could. I thought some of the best entries were on the small postcards that didn’t get into the book, although I liked the book enough to get a copy. It smells nice.

It was very hot and they’d already run out of booze by the time we got there, but I got to see my classmate Morris, and get in a quick snog before she goes back to China.
